This small friendly village is famous for the award winning 16th century Nobody Inn which serves great food and ales. On the edge of the Dartmoor National Park you may catch a glimpse of the barn owls that nest in the eaves of the owners home next door. There is much to explore nearby with many National Trust properties and gardens nearby. 6 miles leads you into the centre of the metropolitan cathedral city of Exeter that enjoys an eclectic mix of architecture and a wealth of restaurants shops and pubs perfect for the more discerning visitor. Golf and fishing also available nearby and of course the beaches at Dawlish Teignmouth and Shaldon a short drive. The small but perfectly formed studio accommodation all within the eaves of the building offers: Lounge/kitchen/diner/sleeping area: open-plan with TV/DVD/Sky basic package. Sleeping area has a double bed (limited access on one side). Kitchen area with breakfast counter electric cooker microwave fridge with ice-compartment and dishwasher. Shower room: with WC. Outside: use of private garden area with pond surrounded by trees garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: ample parking. There is also an additional covered hard standing area ideal for bike storage.Bed linen towels electric and central heating included. Wi-fi available. Regret no smoking. Regret no pets. Additional info: use of freezer washing machine and tumble dryer are available by arrangement with the owner. Location: beach 15 miles shop 2.5 miles pub in the village.
